We are a US Veteran owned operations & maintenance company with experienced SC DES operators holding the highest levels of wastewater and drinking water licenses. LCWS provides quality contract operations, maintenance, and management services to private and municipal systems throughout South Carolina. LCWS is a SC DES certified labortory (ID:38570) for the proper collection, testing and reporting of pH, chlorine, dissolved oxygen and temperature for SC DES permitted wastewater and drink water systems.
